A touch of orange, a future for thousands of children.
The Bienne Charity Watch Auction brings together the finest Swiss maisons around a single theme — donating pièces uniques to support Terre des hommes.
One color. One cause. Many maisons.
At the intersection of Swiss watchmaking and international solidarity for children, the third edition of the Bienne Charity Watch Auction unveils a curated sale of pièces uniques around a single shared theme.
By creating a unique single watch with a touch of orange — the color of Terre des hommes — contributing maisons capture the imagination of the watch community and the hearts of many.
An orange stitch. A hand. A stamped logo. A strap. A signature gesture, true to each maison.

From a collectors' gesture to a movement.
It began in 2024 — watch enthusiast and GPHG Academy member Alexander Grouet, with a few fellow collectors, donated less-worn timepieces to benefit the NGO closest to their hearts. All 54 watches were sold.
In 2025, contributions from collectors and from brands including TAG Heuer, Tissot, Formex, Peren, Horage, Christopher Ward, Certina and Zodiac raised CHF 53,000 — more than double the previous year. HODINKEE covered the sale.
In 2026, with the Nouveau Musée Bienne as its stage, an expanded media plan and a broader team of volunteers, our ambition is clear: raise at least six figures, and showcase the best of Swiss watchmaking.
Nouveau Musée Bienne
Few cities are as closely connected to the history and present-day identity of Swiss watchmaking as Bienne — precision, craftsmanship, innovation and industrial culture. A charity auction dedicated to exceptional timepieces does not simply take place here. It finds an authentic home.
The Salle Robert at the Nouveau Musée Bienne offers an elegant, cultural setting where each timepiece is given space, light and significance.

Four ways to be part of it.
